22 April 2007 (Jewswire.com) - Dershowitz, a member of Harvard Law School's staff since the 1960's, is well known for his strong pro-human rights advocacy as well as his case history. He's represented dozens of high profile clients throughout his illustrious career including: O.J. Simpson, Jonathan Pollard, Anatoly Sharansky, John Lennon & Muhammad Ali.
At IDC Herzliya's Radzyner School of Law, Professor Dershowitz will be joining some of the greatest legal minds in Israel including former Chief Justice - Prof. Aharon Barak, 2006 Israel Prize Winner in Law – Prof. Amnon Rubinstein and Head of the LL.M program - Prof. Uriel Procaccia.
The LL.M. program at IDC Herzliya is designed for students with an LL.B. degree (or an American J.D. degree) who are looking to attain an advantage in the competitive legal world by specializing in the area of corporate and commercial law. It benefits from the tradition of cooperation between the various schools at IDC Herzliya. Unparalleled at any other Israeli institution of higher education, this cooperation allows students to gain a comprehensive understanding and apply interdisciplinary skills, both in theory and practice.
