14 November 2006 (Jewswire.com) - MyJewishLearning.com (MJL), the Jewish educational website, announced today that it has been awarded the International Academy of Visual Arts W3 Silver Award for excellence on the web.
The W3 Awards recognize excellent web design and programming and the creative professionals behind innovative websites and marketing programs. W3 is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA), an invitation-only body consisting of over 200 professionals from media, advertising and marketing firms. The IAVA's members include executives from organizations such as BRANDWEEK, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Estee Lauder, HBO, Monster.com, MTV, Omnicom and others.
"We are honored to be recognized by the IAVA for our hard work and high standards," said Paul Roitman Bardack, CEO of MyJewishLearning.com. "We look forward to continuing to reach people through MJL's innovative educational content and design."
"We were amazed at the caliber and quality of work we received this year. Our winners continue to push the envelope of internet creativity and web design, and it is gratifying to see such great work from the smallest agencies to the biggest firms" said Linda Day, the director of the IAVA.
