WEDNESDAY, 25 April
Fly to Vilna. (From Israel: OK 287 from Tel Aviv to Prague (06:00), OK 872 to Vilna (11:50), arriving in Vilna at 14:40.) Short tour of the city. Dinner and check in at the hotel.
THURSDAY, 26 April
Depart to Kaunas (Kovno), visit Slobodka, a Jewish settlement in the suburb of pre-war Kovno and the ghetto during World War II. Visit the Jewish cemetery, Seventh and Ninth Forts, the main synagogue and the old town, including sites of general interest. Overnight in Kovno.
FRIDAY, 27 April
Visit Trakai, with its castle and museum and the Trakai National Park. Continue to Vilna. Preparation for Shabbat. Tefilla and Shabbat dinner.
SHABBAT, 28 April
After tefilla, kiddush and lunch, walking tour of the ghetto. Melave Malka and meeting with representatives of the Jewish community.
SUNDAY, 29 April
Depart Vilna for Panevezys (Ponevezh). Visit the former Ponevezh Yeshiva, the ghetto and mass grave on the outskirts of the city. Continue to Shavli for overnight stay.
MONDAY, 30 April
After sightseeing tour of Shavli, continue to Telz. Visit the former Yeshiva and other sites of interest and learn about the Mussar movement. Continue to Plunge, a popular resort on the Baltic Sea. Visit the Botanic Park and Amber Museum. Continue to Klaipeda on the Baltic Sea for overnight stay.
TUESDAY, 1 May
Depart Klaipeda for Vilna airport and return home. (Those returning to Israel: OK 873 to Prague15:20-16 :05. Tour of the city. Dinner and transfer to airport for overnight flight to Israel: OK 286 23:55. Arriving 04.55, 2 May)
Price: $1020 per person in a double room. Includes accommodation in good tourist hotels, kosher breakfast and dinner, entrance fees, local and Israeli guides, luxury bus. Single person supp: $200
