This is an introductory session that will also benefit people who have already started researching their family history.
The facilitator is Jeanette Rosenberg who chairs the German special interest group of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Great Britain.
If you have any family documents you are welcome to bring them with you as they will provide valuable clues for your research.
The workshop is organised by the Second Generation Network. We are a group of people who share in common our parents being affected by the holocaust or Nazi persecution. They may have been survivors or refugees, Jewish, or non-Jewish. Activities include a magazine; monthly discussion groups around the UK and social events.
The workshop takes place on Sunday 3rd Feb 2008 in Swiss Cottage, London, NW3.
There is good disabled access.
